The Fitness Center is located in the Academic and Technology Center and is currently open to all students, faculty, and staff. The center is open mornings and evenings Monday through Friday and on Sunday. We offer a variety of classes, including kickboxing, core training, circuit and strength training, yoga, and Pilates. We also offer outdoor seasonal classes, including a six-week Boot Camp training program. The Fitness Center has six pieces of cardio equipment, free weights, stability equipment, and a complete Nautilus trainer. We offer fitness assessments, personal training, and nutrition consulting at a reduced cost for students, faculty, and staff. During the year, The Fitness Center runs a health fair, a self-defense class, Spring/Fall Fun Runs, as well as other health and wellness programs.

Assessments may include measurements, body fat testing, fitness testing, and an individualized 6 week fitness program* *CASH, CHECK OR CHARGE HOME ACCEPTED
