FITNESS CENTER

The Fitness Center is located in the Academic and Technology Center and is currently open to all students, faculty, and staff. The center is open Monday through Friday and on Sunday. We offer a variety of classes, including kickboxing, core training, circuit and strength training, yoga, and Pilates. We also offer outdoor seasonal classes, including boot camp, circuit, and running training. The Fitness Center currently has six pieces of cardio equipment, free weights, stability equipment, and a complete Nautilus trainer. We offer fitness assessments, personal training, and nutrition consulting at a reduced cost for students, faculty, and staff. The Fitness Center runs programs throughout the year which include a health fair, spring fitness challenge, and self-defense class, as well as other health and wellness programs.

Pool and Fitness Summer 2008 Schedule
The pool and fitness center will open JUNE 23rd.
The POOL is open 7 days a week from 11 a.m.-8 p.m, weather permitting (check board outside pool for information.)
The FITNESS CENTER is open M-F from 3 p.m.-7 p.m.
