Health Insurance
Tufts Health Plan, HMO-Available to all full time staff and faculty who work at least three-quarter time at the first full month of service. The School pays 60% of the premium.
Short Term Disability
This is available to full time employees who have completed at least one year of service. The payment period is intended to provide income during a period of brief medical disability or pregnancy or to cover an employee through the elimination period ( currently 90 days) required before the employee is eligible for long term disability coverage. The specific amount of the benefit is up to 100% of pay depending on years of service.
Long Term Disability
Available to full-time employees. The School reimburses employees for 100% of the premium, providing a tax-free benefit in the event of a disability. There is a 90 day elimination period. Coverage is provided for 60% of salary as provided in the plan.
Group Life Insurance
Available to all full time staff who work at least three-quarter time at the first full month of service. The School pays 100% of the premium. Coverage is provided for one times salary.
Workweek
Full Time Administrative Staff have a 40-hour week which includes lunch hour.
Dining
Lunch is available free of charge to all employees when school is in session.

Walnut Hill offers a 403B program with a school match component up to 5% of base salary.
