Health Insurance

Harvard Pilgrim HMO-Available to all full time staff and faculty who work at least three-quarter time at the first full month of service. The School pays 60% of the premium.

Short Term Disability

This is available to full time employees who have completed at least one year of service. The payment period is intended to provide income during a period of brief medical disability or pregnancy or to cover an employee through the elimination period ( currently 90 days) required before the employee is eligible for long term disability coverage. The specific amount of the benefit is up to 100% of pay depending on years of service.

Long Term Disability Available to permanent staff who work at least three-quarter time at the first full month of service. The School reimburses employees for 100% of the premium, providing a tax-free benefit in the event of a disability. There is a 90 day elimination period. Coverage is provided for 60% of salary as provided in the plan.

Group Life Insurance

Available to all full time staff who work at least three-quarter time at the first full month of service. The School pays 100% of the premium. Coverage is provided for one times salary.

Workweek

Full Time Administrative Staff have a 40-hour week which includes lunch hour.

Dining

Lunch is available free of charge to all employees when school is in session.

Per Employee Handbook based on years of service.

403B Retirement Annuity

Available to all permanent staff who work at least three-quarter time at the first full month of service. Employees may contribute up to statutory limitations to a tax deferred 403B plan. After one year, WHS will provide matching contributions as follows:
