TRANSPORTATION

For the first time, Walnut Hill is offering transportation for alumni, parents, faculty and staff and their guests on a chartered coach (please note: students will not be riding on this coach; students must ride down with the other students on the student coaches). Passengers will board the coach at the School on Friday, April 11, at 9:00 am to arrive in time to attend the Visual Art Opening and Reading at the Park Central Hotel (start time 2:30 pm). The coach will return to the School that evening immediately following the performance at Carnegie Hall.

For $35 per passenger, alumni, parents, faculty and staff and their guests can ride down to NYC and return for free that evening. For those guests staying on in NYC after the performance, you may still ride the bus down one way; the cost is $35 per passenger for the trip from Walnut Hill to the Park Central Hotel. There is one coach available, so seating is limited and the policy is first come, first served.

Please contact Courtney Greene cgreene@walnuthillarts.org or (508) 650-5058 no later than Friday, March 14, 2008, to reserve your seat. Please specify your intentions regarding traveling to and from NYC (i.e. traveling both ways, traveling down to NYC only, etc.).

Please note: We must have a minimum of 35 passengers registered to take advantage of this offer. If you rsvp and we don't meet the minimum requirement for the bus to go, we will let you know, so that you may make other arrangements (we will know after the rsvp date of March 14).
